Credit cards are required for all appointments. If appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled within the designated time, your account will be charged in full. Text, email, and phone call reminders are not guaranteed. At the time of booking, you are ultimately held responsible for your appointment.
If service(s) are not provided at the time of appointment, it will be treated as consultation and $100 fee will be required, but can be applied towards any future visit within 90 days.
Your promptness is greatly appreciated; we ask that you arrive 15min before your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will limit your treatment time, as your treatment will end on time so the next client is not delayed. Late clients are responsible for full service fees.
As a courtesy to other clients and our practitioners, we request a 24-hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling. Failure to cancel or reschedule appointments within 24hrs are subject to our cancellation of $75
For every two clients you refer, you will receive $50 account credit.
Payments: Payments are required to be paid in full unless you have signed up for a membership. We accept payments in the form of: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple pay, Venmo, CareCredit, gift cards and cash.
Vouchers: If using a voucher, please have it ready to be redeemed, as we are unable to look up third party vouchers. Your voucher is your form of payment. Should you not be able to locate your voucher number, another form of payment will be required. No exceptions.
Checks: We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept checks
Refunds: Our office does not offer refunds, but allow exchanges and account credit for products should they be defective.
Financing: We proudly accept CareCredit. CareCredit is a fantastic way to finance your treatment with promotional zero interest* and low monthly payments. We also offer discounts through our monthly memberships.
Consultations: Consultations with Dr. Dhar are $100 and can be applied to your service or product of choice. Must be used within 90 days.
